Little Carrots India Private Limited

Our place is at Plot No 100 in Peda Rishikonda. Visakhapatnam is a big city but this part feels a bit different. Little Carrots India Private Limited is where we spend all our hours. It’s not always easy running a business in Andhra Pradesh but we make it work. The weather can be really hot here, especially in the afternoons, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early in the day. We have a small team and everyone knows what they are supposed to do. There isn't much hierarchy or anything like that. We just show up and start working on whatever needs doing. The building is pretty standard for this area. We have been at this address for a while and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. Sometimes the power goes out or things don't go as planned but we just deal with it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to keep things moving. We do our work, talk to our neighbors, and go home. It’s a decent living. We’ve had some good days and some long days here in Visakhapatnam-530045. The plot is big enough for our equipment and the few desks we have. We don't have much time for sitting around anyway. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a good job.
