We are Larven Developers Private Limited, and you can find us at Flat No. Ph-2 in Madhuri Palace. We’re located in the Lawsons Bay area of Visakhapatnam, which is a nice part of town near the coast. Our work is mostly about developing properties and seeing how we can make better use of the space we have here in Vizag. It’s a lot of meetings and looking at maps and floor plans. We aren't a giant firm with hundreds of employees; we’re a smaller group that focuses on a few things at a time. Being in Madhuri Palace, we’re close to a lot of the projects we keep an eye on. Development can be a slow process with a lot of waiting around for things to get approved. We try to stay patient and just keep things moving as best as we can. We’ve been around this neighborhood long enough to know the local market and what people are looking for in a home or an office. It’s not about being flashy for us. We just want to put up solid buildings that look decent and don’t fall apart after a few years. Sometimes we run into issues with contractors or materials, but we deal with it and move on. It’s just the way the business goes in a growing city like Visakhapatnam. We’re just local people doing our bit to help the area grow without making a huge fuss about it.
