Our office is on the second floor at 58, Borapeta JV Agraharam JN. We are right across the road from the Sriram Automall yard in Bheemunipatnam. Most people around here know where that is, so it’s easy to find us. LANDSTAR DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is a small team and we focus on land development in the Vishakhapatnam area. Most of our mornings are spent out in the field looking at different plots. The afternoons are usually for paperwork and dealing with the local authorities, which can take a long time. Bheemunipatnam is growing fast and there is always a lot of activity. We don't have a fancy corporate setup. It’s just a few desks and some cupboards full of maps. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when a new project starts up. We try to keep things moving, but there are always delays with surveys or the weather. We don't use any polished marketing language or make big claims. We just show people the land and help them understand what can be built there. It’s very practical work. We’ve been in this area for a while and we know how things work locally. If you’re driving past the Automall yard, you’ll see our building. We are just regular people trying to manage the growth around here. We don't have a big mission statement, we just focus on the day-to-day work of developing land and getting things ready for building.
