Karbon Impex is located on Sankaramattam Road in the Shanthipuram area of Visakhapatnam. Our office is at 49-50-6/B. It’s a busy street with a lot of traffic, which keeps things interesting for us during the day. Being in Visakhapatnam means we are close to the action when it comes to trade and shipping at the port. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we handle the impex side of things. We have a few staff members who have been with us for a while, and we all just pitch in to get the work done. The area around Shanthipuram has a lot of small shops and businesses, so it feels like a real community. We spend a lot of time tracking shipments and making sure the paperwork is in order for the customs people. It can be a lot of back-and-forth, but that’s the nature of the business. We don't use any fancy systems, just the usual stuff that gets the job done. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we just work around it. Our focus is on the practical reality of moving goods. We aren't here to make big promises; we just handle the items that come through our doors. It’s a regular job for us, and we like being situated right here on the road where everything is happening.
