KANKATALA CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

We are based in Maharani Peta in Visakhapatnam. Our office is Flat No - G2 in the Padmivilla Apartments. It’s right near the Century Club, which is a well-known spot in the 530002 area. Being an LLP, we are a small setup focusing on construction work around the city. The neighborhood is mostly residential and quite calm, which is nice when you need to focus on some paperwork. We don't have a big neon sign or a fancy lobby. People usually find us by word of mouth or by looking for the apartment building. Most of our work happens away from the office, at the actual construction sites. We spend our time talking to masons, electricians, and plumbers to make sure everything is being done the way it was planned. Vizag is a coastal city, so we always have to think about the salt air and how it affects the building materials. It’s a constant battle with corrosion and humidity. Sometimes the local labor doesn't show up on time, and we have to scramble to find replacements. It’s just the usual stress of the construction business. We keep our records in the flat and try to stay on top of the bills. It’s a very local operation, and we like it that way. We just do our work and hope the results speak for themselves without us having to say much.
