If you go down to Maharanipeta in Visakhapatnam, you will find Kummari Veedhi. That is where Irani Chai Private Limited is set up. The address is 18-15-2/2. This part of the city has a lot of history and the streets are quite narrow. You have to be careful driving a car through here because of the tight corners. Most people just walk or use scooters to get around. We have been in this spot for a while now. The building is nothing special to look at, just a regular concrete structure in a very busy neighborhood. Being near the coast means the air always smells a bit like salt and the sea. We spend a lot of time just managing the daily tasks of the business. There are many other small shops around us, selling everything from vegetables to plastic buckets. It’s a lively place to be. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. It’s just us doing our work. The pincode is 530002.
