Ira Projects Llp is based in the Seethammadhara area of Visakhapatnam. You can find us at D.No.49-53-7/13(6) in the Balayya Sastry Layout. It is a good neighborhood and we have been working here for several years. We handle various projects, mostly focusing on the local needs of the city. Our office is a small, functional space where we do all our planning. We don't have a big corporate structure or a bunch of fancy titles. It is just a small team of us trying to keep everything organized. Visakhapatnam is a big city with 530013 being a busy zip code. There is always a lot of movement and new things being built. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with different people and checking on the progress of our work. It can be stressful when things don't go as planned, like when the weather turns bad or there is a delay with the trucks. We don't use any marketing speak or try to sound better than we are. We just focus on the task at hand. Our office usually has a lot of drawings and files spread out everywhere. People in the layout know we are here if they need anything. It is a straightforward way of doing things and it suits us just fine. We just take it one day at a time.
