Ira Paradise Of The East Llp is based out of Balaji Towers. We are up on the fourth floor, room 405, in the Kirlampudi Layout area. It's a decent spot, not too far from the main parts of town. We spend a lot of our time looking at plans and talking to folks about property and development. It’s not always easy work, and there are days when the phone won't stop ringing. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to do right by the people we work with. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and coffee cups, but we know where everything is. Kirlampudi Layout is a nice neighborhood, and we like being here. We deal with various real estate and land projects. Sometimes things take longer than we’d like because of red tape, but we just push through it. We aren't into big speeches or flashy ads. Most of our work comes from people hearing about us from their friends or neighbors. If you need to find us, just head to Balaji Towers. We're usually there from morning until late evening. It's just a small group of us trying to make a living and help people find their own little piece of land or a home in the east. It's steady work and we enjoy the challenge of it most days. We keep things pretty informal around the office because that’s just how we are as a team.
