Inspire Edge Infratec Private Limited operates out of a small place on Rama Street in Tagarapuvalasa. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, away from the heaviest parts of Visakhapatnam city traffic. Our address is 1-40-6-3, which isn’t hard to find if you know the local landmarks. We mostly deal with basic infrastructure work. There isn’t much to the office besides some tables and the computers we use for our project drawings. We don’t have a big sign out front or anything. Most days start early before the sun gets too high, and we usually wrap things up when it starts to get dark. Being in Vishakhapatnam, the humidity can be a bit much, so we keep the windows open for whatever breeze comes through Rama Street. We are just a group of people trying to get things built. We don’t talk much about visions or missions because there is usually too much real work to do. If a project needs finishing, we stay until it’s done. The neighbors around here know us as the guys who are always coming and going in trucks. Sometimes we have tea at the local stall down the road. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for us. We’ve seen Tagarapuvalasa change over the years, and we just keep doing our bit. There’s no corporate ladder here, just people working together on the same floor and sharing the same goals for the day.
