We are located in Pithapuram Colony at D No 9-39-3/1. If you are familiar with the Maddilapalem area, we are right beside Kala Bharthi. Imperial Mountain Resorts Private Limited might sound like a big name, but we are just a small group of people working from this office. We have been in this spot for a good while now. It is a busy part of the city, so there is always noise and movement outside. We handle resorts and mountain properties, which means we spend a lot of time on the phone or traveling to check on things. Our office is pretty basic. It is full of desks, old computers, and stacks of files that we need to organize. We aren't corporate people. We wear everyday clothes and talk to our clients like neighbors. Being a private limited company means there is some paperwork we have to do for the government, but mostly we just focus on the properties. Some days the power goes out or the internet stops working, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else in the colony. We don't use fancy words to explain what we do. We just help people find a place to stay and make sure those places are looked after. If you are near Kala Bharthi, you will see our sign.
