Greenjams Buildtech Private Limited

We are located at 10-5-14/C, in unit #401 of the Mantis Apartments. This is in the Facor Layout area of Ramnagar, right here in Visakhapatnam. Being in an apartment means our office feels a bit more like a home than a cold business space. Greenjams Buildtech Private Limited is what we call ourselves. We’re up on the fourth floor, so we get a bit of a breeze sometimes, which is nice in the Vizag humidity. Ramnagar is a good neighborhood, fairly central, so it’s easy for people to find us. Our work involves buildtech, which keeps us pretty busy with all sorts of technical things. The office has a lot of samples and bits of materials lying around. It’s not perfectly tidy, but we know where everything is. We don’t really believe in using a lot of fancy marketing talk. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Most of the time, we’re either on the computer or on the phone. Sometimes we have visitors, and we usually just offer them a seat and whatever drink we have on hand. It’s a simple way of running things. Visakhapatnam is a great city, and we’re happy to be doing our work from here in Facor Layout. We’re just a team trying to make things better, one project at a time.
