Grand City Vizag Llp

We are based out of Srinagar, at house number 48/6/56. Grand City Vizag Llp has been operating from here for a bit now. Vizag is a big place, but we like being tucked away in Srinagar. It’s more of a regular neighborhood vibe. We deal with land and property stuff, which means we spend a lot of time on the phone or driving around to look at different plots. It’s not a glamorous job, honestly. There is a lot of waiting for things to get approved and dealing with the heat while we're out on site. But we like it. We’re local people who know how things work in this part of the city. You won't find us wearing suits most days unless there's a really important meeting. Usually, it's just work clothes because we're likely to get a bit dirty out in the field. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet up in the mornings to plan out the day. We try to be honest with everyone we talk to. If a project is going to take longer, we say so. People seem to appreciate that more than some polished corporate line. We’re just trying to do our part in the community here. Srinagar is a good home base for us. We've been here long enough to know most of the neighbors and how things go.
