Gottlich Constructions Private Limited

We are Gottlich Constructions Private Limited, located over in Muralinagar. Our spot is at Do.No.-39-3-30/13, right on the first floor of FF-1 in Sector-3. Visakhapatnam is growing fast, and we are right in the middle of it here. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and notes scattered around, but we know where everything is. It’s a local operation, and we mostly stick to work around this side of the city. We don't spend a lot of money on big signs or anything. Most people find us because they live nearby or they’ve seen us working on a site somewhere else in the neighborhood. Sector-3 is a decent place to be based out of. It’s convenient for getting to our different projects without too much trouble from traffic. Construction is hard work, and there are always surprises popping up that we have to deal with. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep our heads down. Sometimes the phone rings all day, and other times it’s quiet enough to actually get some planning done. We’re just a small team of people who like building things and seeing projects come together from start to finish. It’s not always pretty, and things get delayed sometimes because of rain or supplies, but we just keep at it until the job is done. That’s really all there is to us.
