Formationdequipe Research Foundation

The Formationdequipe Research Foundation is located in Visakhapatnam. We are over at No. 50-51-5, in Flat 502 of the Bharidimarri Mansons building. It is in the S Dhara area, which is a fairly well-known part of the city. Being on the fifth floor means we are up away from the street noise a bit, which helps when we are trying to focus on our research stuff. The building is a typical apartment structure. Our office is just one of the flats. We have bookshelves and desks squeezed in wherever they fit. It is not a shiny lab or a high-tech center. It is just where we do our thinking and writing. Vizag can get really hot, so the fans are always going in the office. Sometimes the lift in Bharidimarri Mansons acts up, so we get our exercise on the stairs. We aren't a big operation with hundreds of employees. It’s a small group of us just doing our thing. People sometimes struggle to pronounce the name, but they find the building easily enough. We keep things pretty low-key. No fancy receptionists or coffee machines. We just make our own drinks and get to work. It’s a functional space in a busy city. We are just regular people trying to figure things out from our little corner on the fifth floor. We spend a lot of time reading and checking things. It keeps us quite busy most days.
