We’re located at S.No.108, Plot No.6, over at Door No.5-176/A in Vivekananda Nagar. Dhatri Infra Developers Private Limited is basically just a group of us working on land and building stuff around Sagar Nagar. It’s a decent area and we’ve been around here for a bit now. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just an office where we keep our files and meet with people about their projects. Developing land takes a lot of time and patience, especially with all the rules you have to follow these days. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone asks what we do, we just say we build things. We aren't interested in making things sound more complicated than they really are. Most of our days are spent checking on sites or talking to suppliers. It’s a lot of back and forth. Sometimes the weather in Andhra Pradesh slows us down, but we just pick it back up the next day. We’ve got our roots here in this part of town. Our address is easy enough to find if you're in the neighborhood. We aren't some giant corporation from the big city. We're just local people doing construction and development work here. It’s a living and we enjoy seeing the buildings actually go up after all the planning is done. We keep things pretty simple and just focus on the task at hand.
