Deliciious Biriyanis Llp operates out of Flat 401 in Rajesh Residency. We are located in Rajula Tallavalasa, which falls under the Bheemli Mandal area of Visakhapatnam. Being up on the fourth floor means we have a bit of a view, but mostly we are focused on what’s happening in the kitchen. Making biryani is a long process and it takes up most of our day. We start early with the rice and the spices. The whole place usually smells like cardamom and cloves by mid-morning. It’s a small team here, just a few of us who really know how to handle the pots. We don't have a big sign out front or a fancy dining hall. Most of what we do is focused on getting the food ready for people who know where to find us. Sometimes we run out of things faster than we expected, which can be a bit frustrating, but that’s just how it goes when you’re small. The Bheemli area is a bit away from the main city rush, which we kind of like. It’s a bit more relaxed here. We just want to make sure the food we put out is something we would eat ourselves. No fancy corporate talk here, just people cooking rice and meat in a flat in Rajesh Residency. That’s basically our whole world right now.
