CMR Spaces Private Limited is located over in the Seethammadhara area of Visakhapatnam. Our office is tucked behind the LIC Quarters at 53-33-16 in KRM Colony. It’s a relatively quiet spot compared to the main roads, which we actually prefer for getting work done. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while now and most of the locals know where we are. It’s not a fancy glass building, just a regular office where we handle our daily business. We spend most of our hours tracking projects and making sure the supplies get where they need to go. There’s usually a bit of a mess on the desks with maps and ledgers, but we know where everything is. Our team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day you might be checking on a site and the next you're helping with some basic admin stuff. We don't have big fancy titles that we throw around. It’s just about getting the work finished properly. The air in Seethammadhara is usually a bit nicer than the city center, which makes the morning commute a bit better. We like it here. It’s a practical place to run a business. We don't feel the need to act like some huge corporation. We just focus on the tasks we have in front of us and try to make sure everything is handled correctly for the people we work for.
