CHRISOLITE TEXTILES & GARMENTS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based out in PM Palem, specifically in the Madhurawada area at 1-163/1A. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city center of Vizag, but it’s a good spot for what we do with textiles and garments. The office and the workspace are combined, so there is usually the sound of machines or people moving fabric rolls around in the background. It isn't a silent office by any means. We’ve got a small team here, and most of us have been working with fabric for a long time now. We handle everything from the raw materials to the finished garments. The weather out here can get really sticky because of the ocean being close by, so we usually have the fans going full blast all day. We don't really bother with fancy decorations or anything. The walls are mostly covered with patterns and order sheets. Lunch is usually a quick affair where we all sit together before getting back to the sewing and packing. There’s a lot to keep track of with different sizes and colors, so we stay pretty busy. We don't have a big corporate structure; if there’s a problem, we just talk it out and fix it right there on the floor. It’s a simple way of working, but it works for us. We just focus on making the clothes and getting them out the door on time without any unnecessary complications.
