Our office is in the Harika Residency building, specifically Flat 202 in the N E Layout area of Visakhapatnam. It’s a pretty standard apartment-style setup for a hospitality service business. Being in Vizag, we are used to the humidity and the busy streets. The layout here is mostly residential, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We spend our hours coordinating things and making sure the services we offer are actually happening. It’s a lot of logistical stuff that people don’t usually see. We aren't a big chain with hundreds of employees. We are a small team working out of this flat. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, and we have to walk the stairs, which isn't fun in the summer. We don't really have a fancy lobby or a big sign outside. It’s just a place where we do our business and manage the daily tasks. Most of our work involves talking to clients and making sure their needs are met without too much fuss. We don’t use big words to describe what we do. It’s hospitality, so we just try to be helpful. The N E Layout is a decent spot to be based in. We’ve been here for a bit now and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s just a regular office for regular people.
