Cdd Structures Private Limited is based out of Sattivanipalem in Vepagunta. Our address is H. No. 60P/61P, which is over in the Gopalapatnam area. It’s a part of town that has grown a lot lately. We focus on structures, so our office is usually full of heavy binders and technical drawings. It’s not a place where you’ll find plush carpets or expensive artwork. Instead, we have sturdy desks and plenty of light for looking at small details on plans. The walls are mostly bare except for a calendar and a few permits. We spend a lot of time arguing over the best way to handle a specific structural issue or checking the costs of steel. It’s a lot of math and a lot of phone calls. The air conditioner in the corner makes a bit of a rattling sound, but it keeps us cool enough to work. We like the local feel of being in Vepagunta. Most of our staff lives nearby, so we don’t have long commutes. We usually start early in the morning before it gets too hot. There is always a stack of mail on the front table that needs to be sorted. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and try to do it right. It’s a simple business model that has kept us going without needing a lot of corporate polish.
