Our business, Blue Pearl Projects Private Limited, is based in Visakhapatnam. Specifically, you can find us at Dr.No.50-121-14 in the Balayya Sastry Layout in Seethammadhara. Vizag is a pretty large city, but our part of it has a good neighborhood feel. We handle various building projects and development work around here. It’s a mix of different tasks every day. One day we might be at the office sorting out permits with the city, and the next day we are out on a muddy site talking to the foreman. It’s not a clean or easy job, but it is what we know how to do. Seethammadhara is a good location for us because it’s central to many of the places where we work. We don't have a big, fancy headquarters. Our office is just a regular place where we can sit down and talk about the next steps of a project. We’ve lived in this city for a long time, so we understand how things work here.
