BKR Projects Infra Developers Private Limited is based out of Visakhapatnam, right at the Old ITI Junction in Gajapathi Nagar. Our address is 37-3-77 and it's a place we have grown quite fond of over the years. Being near the junction means there is always something going on outside. We do a lot of work in the infra and development side of things here in Vizag. It’s a coastal city, so we have to deal with the humidity and the salt air, which can be tough on equipment. We are just a local team of workers and staff who show up and do the job. The office is usually full of maps and project schedules. We don't really have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us, so this is just us talking. We've seen a lot of changes in the Vishakhapatnam area recently. New buildings going up everywhere. We just try to stay focused on our own projects and make sure things are moving along. Sometimes the rain slows us down, especially during the monsoon season, but we just pick back up when it clears. It’s hard work, but we like being part of the growth here. If you are ever near the Old ITI Junction, you might see us around. We’re just regular folks trying to make a living in the construction business. We usually keep some spare umbrellas in the corner because you never know when the sky will open up around here. It is just part of living and working in Vizag. We have been here for a long time.
