BALIWADA CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Gajuwaka in Visakhapatnam. Our place is D/No: 9-8-21/1 over in Gandhi Nagar. If you know the area, it’s a pretty standard residential spot but with lots of small businesses tucked away. Visakhapatnam is a city that is always growing, so there is never a shortage of stuff to build or fix. We are just a local crew trying to keep up with it all. The air here has that saltiness from the sea, which is nice, but it can be hard on the machinery. We spend a lot of our time out on sites, so the office in Gandhi Nagar is mostly for the paperwork and having a tea while we plan the next day. It’s a simple setup with a couple of chairs and a lot of blueprints lying around. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of the people who come to us are neighbors or people who saw our name on a board at a construction site. We just try to stay honest and do the job right the first time. The traffic in Gajuwaka can be a nightmare during shift changes at the plants, so we try to time our movements carefully. It’s a busy life, but it’s our life. We’ve been in this spot for a while and don't plan on moving anytime soon. It is a good neighborhood.
