You can find us over in Dabagardens, which is a fairly busy part of Visakhapatnam. Our office is at 30-6-41/2 on Prema Samajam Road. Baijnath Realtors Llp isn't a massive company with a bunch of branches. It’s just us here in this one spot. We’ve been working out of Vizag for a while and we’ve seen the city change quite a bit over the years. The 530020 area is where we spend most of our time. It’s a practical office with desks and plenty of paper. We don’t have a lot of decorations or anything too fancy. Most people who come in are just looking for a bit of help with land or a house. We don’t have any rehearsed sales pitches. We just talk to people. Sometimes the weather gets really hot, so we just keep the fans going and keep working. Dealing with real estate can be a lot of trouble for some, so we try to make it a bit easier if we can. We know the local streets around Prema Samajam Road very well because we walk them every day. It’s just a normal job for us. We show up in the morning, handle the calls, and meet with anyone who stops by. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in town. We just want to do a decent job for the folks who live around here. That’s how we’ve always done things and it seems to work out okay.
