AYRA NIRMAN PRIVATE LIMITED is located in the Kotu Empire building right on VIP Road. It’s a well-known spot in Siripuram. We’re up on the fifth floor in suite 504. Getting to work involves a bit of a wait for the elevator sometimes, especially in the mornings when everyone is arriving. The view from up here is okay, you can see the traffic moving down below. Our office space is quite compact. We have some desks pushed together and a lot of binders full of technical drawings. It’s not a fancy corporate suite, just a place where we sit and get things done. Being on VIP Road means it’s easy for us to get around the city when we have meetings. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the background while we work. The building management is alright, though the hallways can be a bit dim. We’ve been here for a while now. Most of our day is spent coordinating with people on various sites. We aren't the type to have big meetings or presentations. We usually just huddle around a computer screen. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down, which is a bit of a disaster for us. But we just walk down to the street and get some tea. It’s a decent place to work. We don't have any flashy signs or anything. Just the door number D. No: 9-14-1 and the name of the company on a small plate. It works for us.
