We are Al Raheem Promoters Private Limited. You can find us at D.No. 43-5-8, inside the Sri Sai Sakuntala Apartments in Railway New Colony. We have been based here in Visakhapatnam for a good while, and we’ve seen the city change quite a bit over the years. Our office isn't anything fancy; it’s just a place where we sit down and figure out the logistics of our promotion and development projects. We don't believe in using a lot of marketing jargon or making things sound more complicated than they really are. Most of our day is spent dealing with the practical side of property development, like checking on site progress or working through the piles of paperwork required by the city. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes a lot of waiting for things to happen. We have a small team that handles everything from initial planning to final handovers. Being located in Railway New Colony means we are close to the heart of the city, which makes it easier for us to get around to our different sites. We prefer a straightforward approach to business. Things don't always go exactly as planned in construction, but we just deal with the issues and keep moving forward. We are just regular people who enjoy the process of turning a piece of land into something useful for the community here in Vizag.
