AK Joshi Estates LLP is located right on Waltair Main Road in Visakhapatnam. Our place is D. No. 10-50-11, which is quite close to Care Hospital in the Ramnagar area. It’s a good spot because everyone knows where the hospital is, so it makes finding us easier. We deal with real estate stuff around the urban parts of Vizag. It’s usually pretty hectic in the office with the phone ringing and people coming in to ask about plots or flats. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just focus on what’s right in front of us. Most of us grew up around here, so we’ve seen how much the city has changed over the years. Ramnagar has gotten much busier lately. Sometimes we just sit and have tea while looking at the traffic on the main road before getting back to the files. There’s a lot of back-and-forth with documentation, which can be a headache, but it’s part of the job. We don’t have a fancy marketing team writing things for us. This is just how we talk. If you need to drop by, we’re usually around during the day. We try to keep things straightforward with everyone who walks through the door.
