Advaya Projects Llp

We’ve been running Advaya Projects Llp out of our office at 4 53 1 Lig 99 in Lawsons Bay Colony for a while now. If you know Visakhapatnam, you know this part of town gets a nice breeze from the ocean, which makes coming into work a bit better. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of floors in a skyscraper. It is just a handful of us here in the colony handling things day to day. Usually, we start the morning with coffee and go over what needs doing for the different projects we have on the books. The address can be a little tricky to find if you aren't familiar with the LIG blocks, but once you’re here, it’s pretty straightforward. We spend a lot of our time on-site or dealing with the usual paperwork that comes with this kind of work in Andhra Pradesh. Sometimes things get busy and the phone doesn't stop ringing, but that is just how it goes. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the task right in front of us. It’s not always glamorous work, and some days are definitely longer than others, especially when we are trying to coordinate everyone. We’ve lived in Vizag for a long time, so we know the area well. Most of our neighbors around here have seen us coming and going for years. It’s a decent place to work from and we just get on with it.
