Our office is at Flat No-101, which is Door No 10-28-2/1/1 right on Waltair Main Road. We have a long name: Advanced Innovations And Reaserch For Unified Technical Skills Council. It sounds a bit technical, and that’s because it is. We spend our time looking into technical skills and how to bring them all together. Being on the main road in Waltair means we see a lot of traffic and people passing by all day. Our flat is on the first floor, so it’s easy enough to get to. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for our equipment and the few of us who work here. We do a lot of research and brainstorming about how to teach technical things better. It’s more of a think-tank or a small council than a regular school. We don’t have a flashy front desk or a lot of marketing materials. Most of the time we’re just huddled around a computer or a table of notes. It gets a bit messy with all the papers and books, but we know where everything is. We like being part of the Waltair community. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We don’t make big claims about being the best; we just show up every day and try to figure out some new ways to handle technical training for the folks who need it.
