Voltas Limited

We are located in Rajapalayam, Tamil Nadu 626111. This is a Voltas Limited office in a part of the country that moves at its own pace. It’s not like being in Chennai or Mumbai. Things are a bit quieter here, which we like. Our building is a simple structure on a regular street. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. Inside, it’s just a bunch of us working through the daily tasks. We deal with whatever comes our way, whether it's paperwork or local issues. The heat can be quite something in this part of Tamil Nadu, so we keep the fans going all day. Most of the people working here are from the local area. We speak the local language and know the families around here. It’s a very direct way of doing business. No one here uses big corporate words or tries to act more important than they are. We just open up in the morning, do what needs to be done, and close up in the evening. There’s a tea shop just down the road where we go for our breaks. It’s a good spot to catch up on local news. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on our work in this corner of Rajapalayam. Sometimes we get a bit behind on things when the power fails, but we always catch up eventually.
