Our place at 640/587 is not very big, but we managed to fit everything we need for the construction tech side of things. The building itself is old, like most things in this part of Tamil Nadu, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint if we ever got around to it. We spend most of our time dealing with local contractors and people who are building houses nearby. There is always a stack of papers on the desk and samples of materials leaning against the corners. The ceiling fan hums all day long to keep the air moving because it gets quite stuffy in the afternoons. We usually have the radio playing some local songs in the background while we work. It is a bit messy at times, but we know where everything is. We do not have a fancy receptionist or anything. Usually, one of us just looks up from the desk when someone walks through the door. It is just a regular local business trying to keep up with the demand for building supplies and tech in the town. We like the neighborhood vibe here even if the traffic on Big Street gets loud.
