Subaram It Solution is located right here at 53, Anna Nagar in the Malayadipatti area. It’s a small office where we spend most of our time looking at computer screens or taking apart laptops that aren’t running like they should. We deal with all kinds of software issues and hardware fixes every day. The street outside can get a bit noisy, especially in the afternoons, but inside we just focus on the machines. There are always a few monitors sitting on the shelves waiting for parts to arrive. We’ve been in this part of Malayadipatti for a while now, so the neighbors know us pretty well. It’s not a big corporate setup with a lot of staff. Usually, it’s just a couple of us handling whatever comes through the door. Sometimes it’s a broken screen, other times it’s someone who lost their files. We just take it as it comes. The desks are usually covered in screws and small tools because we’re always mid-way through a repair. We don't have a big waiting room or anything like that. People just drop off their gear and we give them a call when it's ready to be picked up. It’s a simple way to run things, and it works for us. We keep the coffee pot going and stay until the work is finished. That's the daily routine at our Anna Nagar spot.
