Sivaathaa Infra is located at No. 40A in Balaji Nagar, right off the Bypass Road North. Being near the bypass means we see a lot of traffic and movement all day long. It is a very active area, which fits the kind of work we do. The office is a simple place where we manage the logistics and the planning for our infrastructure projects. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or high-end gadgets. Most of our equipment is chosen because it’s durable and gets the job done. We spend a lot of time on the phone, coordinating with workers and making sure materials arrive where they are supposed to. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes it gets a bit stressful, but we’ve all been doing this for long enough that we don’t let it get to us. We have a small team, and everyone knows what their job is. There isn't much need for long meetings or big explanations. We just check the list for the day and get to it. Sometimes we stay late when a project is at a critical stage, but usually, we try to get home to our families. It’s a straightforward way of working. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or shiny brochures. We just focus on the task at hand and move on to the next one when it’s finished.
