We've been at 354 Aambala Puli Bazaar Street for a while now. Rajapalayam Mukkulathor Nidhi Limited is just a small local place where people around here come to handle their savings and small loans. It gets pretty busy on the street outside during the day, but inside we just keep things moving. Most of our regulars are folks from the neighborhood who know us by name. We don't have fancy office furniture or anything like that. It's just desks and registers and files. If you walk down the bazaar, you'll see our sign near the other shops. Sometimes the traffic is a bit much, but it's where we've always been. We mostly just focus on keeping the records straight and helping anyone who walks through the door with their accounts. It’s a straightforward setup. No one wears suits or acts like they’re in a big city bank. We talk about the weather or the local news while sorting out the paperwork. There’s usually a bit of paper shuffling going on. People come in to deposit a little or ask about a gold loan when they need some cash for something. We just try to get the math right and make sure everyone gets their receipts before they leave. It’s a job like any other, keeping the community's money safe and organized. You just step in from the bazaar and we’re right there. We stay open late sometimes to finish up the ledger entries.
