You can find us at 21-E on S.B.K. College Road. Being near the college means there’s always a lot of students walking by and a bit of a lively atmosphere. We focus on import and export work. It involves a lot of waiting for containers and checking on customs documents. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s mostly just desks, stacks of paper, and a few filing cabinets that have seen better days. We spend a good chunk of our time making sure the logistics are handled correctly so nothing gets stuck at the port. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day you might be on the computer, and the next you're helping move boxes around. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on the contacts we’ve made over the years. It’s a practical business. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for calls to go through. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just have to be patient. That’s just the way it goes. We try to stay organized, but with so many moving parts, there’s always something that needs attention. We just take it day by day and try to keep our clients satisfied with how we handle their goods. It is hard work.
