Pyro Trade Link, Tamil Nadu

Down here in Sivakasi, things are always moving because of the industries we have. Our office, Pyro Trade Link, is in the Pagalam Complex. We are on the first floor, at 49/13 on Chairman A.S.K.T. Road. It’s a well-known road in this part of Tamil Nadu. The heat can be quite something during the summer, but the ceiling fans in the office stay on all day. We deal with trading various materials, often things that go into the local manufacturing businesses here. Sivakasi is famous for a few things, and we are right in the middle of all that activity. The complex is usually full of people, and there is always some noise from the street outside. We keep our records in big ledgers and on the computer, trying to stay organized. It’s not a very fancy operation, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of samples lying around. We’ve been at this address for a while now, so the local transporters know exactly where to drop off the goods. Most of our day is spent talking to clients on the phone or meeting people who drop by the office. We don't really have a big marketing plan; we just work with the people we know and try to be reliable. It is a regular, honest business where we value the relationships we’ve built over the years.
