Pmlra Lourdes Nadar Construction is based out in Pampankulam. Our office is at 311K on the Kadambankulam Main Road. It’s a bit of a drive if you're coming from the bigger towns, but we like being out here closer to where a lot of the actual building happens. The road gets a lot of trucks passing by, so there’s always a bit of dust and noise, but that’s just part of being in this business. We started this company to handle local construction needs without a lot of fuss. Inside the office, it’s pretty basic. We have some sturdy tables, a few computers, and maps of the local area pinned to the walls. We don’t spend much on decorations because we’d rather put that into the equipment. The team is usually out on-site by seven in the morning, so the office can be a bit empty until the afternoon when everyone comes back to file reports. It’s a small group of us, mostly people who have grown up around here. We know the land and we know how the weather affects the work. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. We just answer the phone, listen to what’s needed, and get the materials ready. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes even Sundays if a project is behind or there’s a deadline to meet.
