Ochre Fitness And Physio Clinic is located at 702 B Gnanagiri Road. It’s a place where we spend most of our time helping people move a bit better. The clinic itself is a mix of gym equipment and treatment tables, so it smells a bit like rubber and cleaning supplies most of the time. We see all kinds of people coming through the door on Gnanagiri Road. Some are dealing with old injuries that won't go away, and others just want to get a bit stronger. It is not a high-end spa or anything like that. We keep things pretty practical here. The walls aren't covered in fancy art, just charts and maybe some notes we’ve scribbled down. We talk a lot with our clients, mostly about their day or how their back is feeling. It’s a casual atmosphere, really. Sometimes we get a bit behind schedule because a conversation goes long, but we try to keep things moving. The traffic outside on the road can be a bit much during rush hour, but inside we just focus on the exercises and the physical therapy. We don’t really have a big marketing plan. People usually find out about us from their neighbors or just by seeing the sign when they drive past. We are just here doing our job and trying to help out the local folks who need a bit of physio.
