Magnificio Properties Private Limited is our company name. We are based at NO-08/1187-4F, which is on the 2nd floor of a building on Sivakasi Main Road. We are quite close to the Nandha Hotel here in Virudhunagar. The pin code is 626001. Being near a landmark like the Nandha Hotel makes it easy for people to find where we are. Our office is up on that second floor, and it is a basic place where we do our daily tasks. We do not have any polished corporate presentations. We just have our folders and our notes about the properties in the Virudhunagar area. Sivakasi Main Road is always full of life, so there is never a dull moment looking out the window. We spend a lot of time talking to local people and visiting different sites around town. We do not try to sound like a big national firm because we are not one. We are just a local group working out of Virudhunagar. Our work day usually starts with a coffee and then we get into the phone calls and the paperwork. We keep things plain.
