Footprint Arts

Our little shop, Footprint Arts, is over at 4/1683 A in Hussain Colony. It’s a creative space where we handle all sorts of artistic projects and printing. The place is often full of paper scraps, ink bottles, and half-finished designs. We didn't want a corporate office, so we stayed here in the colony where it feels more like a community. People come in with all sorts of ideas, sometimes just a rough sketch, and we try to turn it into something they can use. We do a lot of the work by hand because we like the way it looks better than just clicking a button on a computer. It can get a bit chaotic when we have a lot of orders at once, and the tables get buried under stacks of stuff. We’ve been in Hussain Colony for a while and we like the vibe of the neighborhood. The kids play outside and the shops nearby are run by people we know. We don't have a big sign out front, just the address and our name. We think of ourselves as makers rather than a big company. Sometimes a project takes longer than we thought because we want to get the colors just right. It’s not about being perfect, but about making something that feels real. We just keep creating and see where it takes us next, working through the pile of projects we have on the desk.
