Bavan Agency

Bavan Agency is located at No. 2/386 in Reddyar Patti. It is a quiet enough area most days, which I prefer. I started this agency a few years ago because I wanted to stay close to home. We sell various items, mostly household and local goods that people need every day. The shop isn't very big, but we use every inch of the shelves. Sometimes I have to climb a ladder to find what a customer wants because things get stacked so high. I do not have any employees, so it is just me here from morning till night. My daughter comes by after school to help me tidy up the place. We do not have a big computer system; I still write everything down in a ledger. It is slower that way, but I like it. People in Reddyar Patti are friendly, and many stop by just to have a quick chat while they shop. I do not try to push products on anyone. If they need something, they buy it. If not, we just talk about the weather or the local news. It is a very simple way of doing business. I am not looking to expand or move to a bigger city. This little spot is enough for me. We just try to keep the shelves full and the floor clean. That is really all there is to Bavan Agency. It is just a local shop for local people.
