Arasan Fireworks Factory

Arasan Fireworks Factory is located at 4/935, Saraswathypalayam. This area is known for this kind of work, and we are just one of the many places around here. Our factory is spread out because of safety rules, with different small buildings for different parts of the process. It’s a quiet place mostly, except for the sounds of packing and the occasional truck. We follow the rhythms of the seasons here. Most of our work happens in the months leading up to the big festivals. During that time, everyone is very focused and busy from dawn until dusk. The people who work here are very good at their jobs. They’ve been doing this for generations in some cases. We don’t use much high-tech equipment. It is mostly hands-on work, careful and steady. We have to be very mindful of everything we do. The office is a small building near the gate where we keep the records and talk to visitors. It’s a very local operation. We don’t spend money on big advertising campaigns. People know who we are in the community. The sun can be very hot out here, so we start early and take a long break in the middle of the day. It’s a way of life more than just a job for many of us. We just keep doing what we know how to do.
