Kalpana Exports

We have been running things here at No. 18 Uppalavadi Street for a good while now. It is a busy little spot and we spend most of our mornings just getting the shutters up and checking what came in the day before. Dealing with exports means there is always a lot of paperwork on the desk and boxes stacked up near the door. The street outside gets quite noisy around noon but we are used to it. Sometimes the rain makes it hard to load the trucks because the ground gets a bit soft, but we manage. It is just me and a couple of others handling the daily tasks. We don't have a fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we can get the work done without too much fuss. Most days are about making sure the counts are right and the labels are stuck on properly. It can be a bit tiring when there are a lot of orders to move, but that is just how it goes in this business. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the piles of paper get a bit messy during the rush. Neighbors stop by to chat occasionally which is nice. We focus on getting the items out on time and making sure the inventory is where it should be. It’s a simple operation really, nothing too complicated. We usually wrap things up by six unless there is a big shipment.
