National Export & Import

We are located in Malaiyanur village, right across from the McDonald's in M. Pudur. It is a bit of a dusty spot but everyone knows where it is because of the burgers across the road. We’ve been running National Export & Import from this building for a while now. Most days it’s just us handling the paperwork and checking the trucks when they come in. It gets busy around harvest time especially. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of files piled up. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon so we sit outside for a bit. It’s a quiet life here in Veppur taluk most of the time. We deal with various goods coming in and going out, mostly stuff from the local farms around here. We know the drivers by name and they usually stop for tea before heading back out. It’s not a big corporate setup, just a local business trying to get things moved from one place to another without too much trouble. My cousin helps out with the ledger and we have a couple of guys for the heavy lifting. The address says Malaiyanur, and we’ve been part of this community for years. People just drop by if they need to ask about a shipment. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down.
