Sanjay Traders

Sanjay Traders is located at 87 Cuddalore Main Road. We are right near the KVB Bank, so people usually use that as a landmark to find us. We deal in all sorts of goods. It’s hard to say exactly what we have because the stock changes every week. One day it’s hardware, the next it might be some household items. I’ve been running this shop for a long time. It’s a bit of a mess inside, with boxes stacked up to the ceiling. I know where everything is, even if it doesn't look like it to a stranger. My son comes in after school to help move the heavier crates. The main road is always busy, so there’s a lot of dust and noise from the buses going past. We don't have air conditioning, just a big fan that rattles a bit when it's on the highest setting. It gets the job done. We aren't some fancy chain store. We just sell things at a fair price to the people who live around here. Sometimes I stay open late if a neighbor needs something urgently for their house. We don't have a big marketing plan or a website. I just sit behind the counter and talk to whoever walks in. It’s been this way for years. We just keep the doors open and see what the day brings. Most people know us by name. It’s a decent way to earn a living for my family.
