Opal Exims

Opal Exims has been operating out of 228/1/2 Navaneetham Street for a while now. We are tucked away in Periyar Nagar North, which is a busy part of Vridhachalam. Most mornings start with unlocking the main door and letting some fresh air into the office before the sun gets too hot. It is a plain space with a few desks and a lot of paperwork piled up. People walk by on the street all day, and you can hear the local sounds of the neighborhood coming through the windows. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists. There is nothing fancy about how we work here. Our furniture is a bit old and the floor has some scuffs from moving crates around, but it suits us just fine. Sometimes the electricity cuts out for a bit and we just wait it out. We know most of the people on this street by name. It is just a small team of us trying to keep things organized and making sure everything gets shipped where it needs to go. Vridhachalam is a loud place, but inside Navaneetham Street, we just focus on the tasks at hand. We don’t have a big lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just see someone busy with a ledger or packing up a small box. It is honest work and we have been doing it this way for years without needing to change much about our routine.
