Authentic Beverages

Down on South Cast Street in Cuddalore, at Door No-73/1, that’s where you’ll find our little beverage spot. Authentic Beverages is tucked in among the other shops, and it can get pretty crowded on this street. The heat in Cuddalore is no joke, so we spend a lot of our day moving bottles around and trying to stay in the shade. It’s a small place, mostly filled with crates and the smell of whatever we’re packing that day. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know the routine. We spend a lot of time loading and unloading the carts. Sometimes the traffic on the street makes it hard to get the deliveries out on time, which is always frustrating. We don't have a big fancy office with a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just see one of us sitting on a stool near the door checking a list. We use an old desk that’s seen better days, but it holds our paperwork just fine. The neighbors stop by often just to say hello or to ask for a favor. It’s a tight-knit area. We aren’t trying to be some massive corporation. We just want to provide something people want and keep the business running smoothly. It’s a lot of manual labor and long hours, but we like being right here on South Cast Street. It feels like home to us.
