We are based in Shop No-7 of the Maitri Mohan Building over in Saraswati Bagh, Virar West. It’s a bit of a mix here because we have the shop for the paperwork and then the space where the actual precast work happens. Making concrete things like this is heavy work. We deal with molds and cement every single day. It’s not a clean job, but we enjoy seeing the finished pieces come out right. Most of us live here in Virar, so we don't have a long commute. The business started out small and stayed that way on purpose. We like being able to see every piece that leaves the yard. When a customer comes to the shop in Maitri Mohan Building, they usually end up talking to the same person who was out handling the concrete earlier. We don't have a sales team. We just show people what we’ve made and let them decide. The yard is usually full of slabs and blocks drying in the sun. It can be a bit chaotic when we have several different sizes going at once, but we have a system that works for us. We aren't interested in being a big name; we just want to make sure the things we cast are solid and do what they are supposed to do. Concrete takes time to set, so we've learned to be patient.
