Running things from Om Moreshwar Apartment in Virar East is a bit of a juggle sometimes. We are on the first floor, Room B/14, right in the middle of Pimpal Wadi. If you know Manvel Pada Road, you know it can get quite crowded during the peak hours. I’ve lived in this area for years, so it felt right to keep the work local. It is a modest setup, basically just a converted room where we handle everything. Most of our neighbors know us by now. We don't really do much advertising because most people find us through word of mouth or by just seeing the address. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but the fan keeps us going. Taluka Vasai is growing so fast, and you can see new buildings coming up every month. We try to keep pace with all the changes, but it’s just a small operation here. I handle most of the communication myself. There are times when I’m running behind on emails, especially if I have to go out for some errands, but I always get back to people. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls. It is a real place with real people working hard. We don't use big words or make empty promises. We just take the work as it comes and try to be honest about what we can do. It keeps us busy and the bills paid.
