Pickles Co.

Pickles Co. is based out in Vasai East, specifically on Chandansar Road in Virar. We’re pretty easy to find because we are right near the RTO office. If you’ve ever had to go there for your license, you probably passed by us. We spend most of our time here dealing with jars and fresh ingredients. It’s a bit of a messy business, to be honest, but we enjoy the work. The smells around here are always very strong, mostly vinegar and spices, which we’ve grown used to over the years. We aren't some massive corporation with thousands of employees. We’re just a small group of people who know how to make things taste right. We do a lot of the work ourselves, from cleaning the vegetables to sealing the lids. Our shop on Chandansar Road is where everything happens. It gets quite hot in the summers, but we just keep the fans going and stay on top of the orders. We don't spend much time on fancy labels or advertising. We figure if the product is good, people will tell their friends. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for us. Living and working in Virar has its own pace, and we like being part of the local community. We just try to make something that people will actually want on their table when they sit down for a meal at home.
